NOTE: We have had to increase our adoption fees to reflect rising veterinarian costs.

Kittens should be altered between 5-6 months before they reach puberty. Most vets charge an additional fee for a female kitten if she has already gone into heat because there can be complications. We strongly encourage you to take your kitten in as close to the 5-6 month mark as possible to avoid any medical risk. For male cats, neutering can reduce any likelihood of spraying.

Note: The above-noted fees include services done after adoption at our veterinarian's office. You are welcome to use your own vet if you would prefer. If you choose to use your vet for these services, you will be entitled to a rebate towards the cost of spaying/neutering with proof of completion of the procedure.
